I8malaysia implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members. This includes submission of valid identity documents such as a MyKad, passport, or equivalent. Verification may also involve address confirmation and proof of funding source depending on account activity level.
Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functions or an account freeze until verification is complete. This is not a penalty — it is a protective measure for the security of your own account.
Your i8malaysia account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, including any actions carried out by third parties using your login credentials.
You are required to keep your account password confidential. i8malaysia recommends using a unique, strong password and never sharing your login details with anyone — including family members or friends. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the i8malaysia support team immediately.
Transferring, selling, or granting account access to any third party is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate account suspension without compensation.
All financial transactions on i8malaysia are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including FPX, bank transfers, and recognised local digital wallets.
I8malaysia offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions that must be fully complied with in order to withdraw bonus funds.
Most bonuses at i8malaysia are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirements, eligible game types, and validity period are as specified in the individual terms of each promotion.
I8malaysia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. However, bonuses already active in a member's account will not be unilaterally cancelled unless there is evidence of fraud or a breach of terms.
All games on the i8malaysia platform are operated in accordance with the respective game rules set by each game provider. i8malaysia works with internationally certified game providers whose software has been independently audited and verified to ensure fairness and randomness of results.
The outcome of all games recorded by the i8malaysia server is final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server records, the server records shall prevail and serve as the reference for resolving any dispute.
In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during an active game, i8malaysia will use server data to determine the outcome and restore the account to the correct state. Incomplete bets resulting from disruptions beyond the player's control will be refunded to the account.

The i8malaysia platform is provided "as is" and i8malaysia makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. While we make every effort to ensure maximum platform availability, technical disruptions beyond our control may occur from time to time.
I8malaysia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of opportunity, or data damage.
Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the i8malaysia platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their geographic location. i8malaysia does not provide legal advice and assumes no legal risk on behalf of members arising from their use of the platform.
